"Leo is a Realtor that truly has his client's best interest at heart! He goes out of his way to make the house sale/house buyer process as painless as possible. There is little to no disruption to your daily routine; no pressure (at all!) and he takes the initiative to deliver documents to you and even picks them up!
It is a hard and stressful time when you are selling your house; especially when you are not financially "sound." Leo goes out of his way to see that you are given as much time as possible to take care of your own personal needs first (finding other living accommodations; making your home ready to "show"; suggestions; and even offers to come and help you pack or move large items!). He is also very professional in dealing with all of the bureaucracy so all you have to do is sign limited documents. If you find you need more time; he will do what is necessary to "buy" you that time!
